  • Strength and Conditioning is the physical and physiological development of athletes for elite sport performance.

  • S&C is also concerned with the rehab and prehab that accompanies injury prevention.  

  • Strength and Conditioning is about more than lifting weights, our coaches are concerned with entire athlete development.

  • From Strength and Power to Speed, Flexibility and Endurance. From agility to core strength an athlete is a jigsaw with many pieces.

  • This entire development of the athlete is what is needed  to improve physical performance.

 

 

THE ROLE OF THE STRENGTH COACH 

 

The role of the S&C coach is to bridge the gap between the theory of training and applied training, helping athletes to become Stronger, Fitter and Faster. The Coach also has a huge roll to play in motivating the Athlete, enabling them to make the most of training sessions.
